Free Return Shipping – If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return costs.

Exchanges Available – Only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Fast Refunds – Processed within 5-7 business days after receiving your return.

Cancellations – Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Jewelry Care Disclaimer – Damage from normal wear or chemical exposure is not covered under returns.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. To start a return, please contact us first to receive approval and the correct return address. All returns must be sent to a single return location—please do not send items to multiple addresses. If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not offer exchanges for personal preference. A return must be received and processed before a replacement is sent.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued back to your original payment method. If your refund does not appear within 10 business days, please contact us, and we will work with your bank to resolve the issue. A partial refund may be issued if the returned item is missing components, the packaging is damaged, or the item shows signs of wear.

Jewelry Care & Warranty Disclaimer

Elastic and delicate jewelry requires proper care to maintain its beauty and durability. Damage caused by regular wear, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or lotions is not covered under returns or replacements. Adjustable and elastic jewelry items do not have a separate warranty.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellations are not possible.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for returns.
