At Asana Crystals, we believe that every order should arrive as beautifully and seamlessly as your shopping experience. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping, returns, and refunds to ensure a smooth journey from our hands to yours.

Processing Time: 1-2 business days.

Delivery Time: USA: 2-4 business days | International: Varies.

Shipping Cost: Free for all U.S. orders | International: Free over $100

Tracking: Provided via email after shipment.

Expedited Shipping: Available for U.S. orders ($25 or free over $400).

Insurance: Orders over $300 include shipping insurance.

Lost/Stolen Packages: We assist in resolving issues but are not responsible once marked delivered.

 

 

Shipping Policy

Processing Time – Each order is carefully prepared and processed within 1-2 business days. For custom or pre-order items, please allow up to 2 weeks for meticulous craftsmanship and customization.

Estimated Delivery Time

U.S. Orders: Expect your package within 2-4 business days.

International Orders: Arrival times vary by destination.

Shipping Fees 

U.S. Orders: Complimentary free shipping on all domestic orders.

International Orders: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100. A flat $15 fee applies to orders below this amount.

Expedited Shipping – Need it sooner?

Available for $25 on U.S. orders under $400.

Complimentary expedited shipping for U.S. orders over $400.

Expedited shipping is not available for international orders.

Shipping Carriers 

We entrust USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL with our domestic and international deliveries.

Tracking Information

tracking number will be sent via email as soon as your order ships.

Signature Requirement

Orders valued at $300+ may require a signature upon delivery for added security.

Shipping Insurance

Orders over $300 include insurance coverage for lost or damaged packages.

Orders under $300 do not include insurance, but customers can purchase additional coverage upon request.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order is shipped, we cannot guarantee rerouting or refunds for incorrect addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Check with neighbors or your local postal service.

Reach out to us—we’ll assist in working with the carrier to find a resolution.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you. If we do not receive a response within 3 weeks, an automatic refund will be issued.

International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes, which are not included at checkout.

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in separate packages. Tracking will be provided for each shipment.

Returns & Free Shipping Adjustments

If a partial return causes your remaining order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Lost Package Claims

If your package is lost in transit, please allow 7-10 business days before a claim can be processed or a replacement issued.
